Ordering & Availability

Simply browse our website, select the item(s) you need, choose your preferred finish, and click “Add to Cart.” Once ready, proceed to checkout for a secure and seamless experience.
Yes! If you're looking for a specific finish or item that's out of stock, contact us at customerservice@completehomesupply.com. We can often place a special order directly with the manufacturer and provide lead time estimates.

We do! For larger projects or recurring needs, we offer Pallet Orders – where multiple items ship together on a single pallet for efficiency and easy tracking. Great for landlords or pros who regularly replace specific products (like disposers or angle stops). Pallet Orders also qualify for special pricing.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Your payment is processed at checkout so we can begin preparing your order immediately.
Sales tax is applied based on your shipping destination as well as the business location of Complete Home Supply which is in California. The necessary sales tax will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Yes! Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $99 (before tax). Any order below $99 will be charged a Flat Fee of $14.99.
Absolutely! You’ll receive tracking updates via email throughout the shipping process so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment. If the order has already been processed, a $10 change fee may apply. Email us ASAP at customerservice@completehomesupply.com.

Visit our Returns Page and fill out the RGA Request Form to initiate a return. Note: a 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Special orders are non-returnable.

Yes! If you ordered the wrong item or finish, we’ll gladly help with exchanges. If you reorder through us, the restocking fee is waived – you just cover the return shipping.

Warranty Info

Most items include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product.
Visit our Warranty Page for details and use the manufacturer’s claim form. Always CC customerservice@completehomesupply.com so we can assist and monitor your request.
We’ll work with the manufacturer to find a suitable replacement or offer other options as long as the product is still under warranty.
