Our wide selection of beautiful and durable finishes utilizes standard industry processes such as: electroplating, powder coating, and PVD (physical vapor deposition). A reasonable degree of color/finish variation can be expected during production line application.
Finishes shown on this page are a computer screen representation of the actual finishes we offer. Due to the varying quality of monitors (pixels, resolution, size, etc.) there is a slight variation between the website samples shown here and how they appear on the actual product.
Return Policy Summary
We accept returns for missing, defective, or incorrectly ordered items, as well as exchanges. Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment, but once shipped, returns must follow our Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process.
- Missing Items: Must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
- Defective Products: Can be returned following vendor-specific warranty procedures.
- Incorrect or Unwanted Items: Returns are accepted with a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Special orders cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: If replacing an item with a similar one, the restocking fee is waived, but return shipping still applies.

Backorders & Special Orders
While we strive to keep our inventory updated, some items may occasionally be out of stock. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship in-stock items immediately and notify you about any backorders, which will be sent at no additional cost as soon as they become available.
Need an out-of-stock item, especially in a specific finish? We can work directly with the manufacturer to place a special order, track lead times, and provide estimated delivery dates.
