Return Policy Summary

We accept returns for missing, defective, or incorrectly ordered items, as well as exchanges. Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment, but once shipped, returns must follow our Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process.

• Missing Items: Must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
• Defective Products: Can be returned following vendor-specific warranty procedures.
• Incorrect or Unwanted Items: Returns are accepted with a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Special orders cannot be returned.
• Exchanges: If replacing an item with a similar one, the restocking fee is waived, but return shipping still applies.
